    No, we primarily facilitate business through our brilliant website. For our business customers we often work face to face.

    A:

    Simply through this website, add your items’ to cart and proceed to checkout just like any other mature online store (Amazon etc.)

    A:

    The cables will be posted or couriered to you via your preferred/selected postage option, which you will select during checkout.

    Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

    A:

    As long as your order hasn’t been posted already, then you may make a change. Simply email us at contact@curve.asia with the subject “Amend Order”, and someone at Curve will help you do this. Once an order has shipped you will receive an email confirming this. Shipped orders cannot be changed, however you may return the unopened order to us for a refund and place a new order.     Is unregistered post (SingPost Standard) safe to use?

    A:

    Yes most definitely. Singpost standard is the convenient choice for customers who are purchasing just a couple of cables. The postman will deliver the items to your letterbox. It is the cheapest option and currently we have not experienced any missing parcels. Registered post options are of course available for those customers who prefer to sign for their orders or are making more expensive purchases.

    How long will it take for my cables to arrive?

    A:

    Depends on the method you selected. During checkout you can pick a preferred postage method and from there you can see the expected delivery time. In general Curve Cables posts orders twice daily so quoted delivery times are the timings provided by SingPost/Speed post for their delivery only. In general it is very quick, 2-5 working days can be expected.

    What is the warranty on my purchase?

    A:

    All cables have a lifetime warranty on manufacturing faults or general failures. Adapters have 1 year warranties. We stand by our products and you can be assured any returns will be dealt with promptly. We also offer a full return for refund within 30 days. More details at Terms and conditions.

    How do I pay for my purchase?

    A:

    Credit Card (via PayPal), internet banking, bank transfer, T/T, bank deposit or check. For Singapore and Malaysia we have bank accounts at several local banks (DBS, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank). Your payment method is selected during check out.     Is my personal information safe with Curve?

    A:

    Yes. We don’t store credit card information, and we employ a 128bit SSL certification to ensure all personal information (email, address etc.) is transferred securely. During checkout all pages are served via HTTPS, for your absolute security. We do not share your information with any third parties unless required by law.
